Chicken Salad Wrap Lunchbox


The chicken salad wrap in this lunch is a simplified version of my Chicken and Avocado Salad with chicken, avocado, Tofutti "sour cream" and a little lemon juice, garlic powder and salt.  On the side are the very predictable grapes, pretzels, apple juice and SpongeBob sticker.

So what's in your kid's lunch today?

    I keep meaning to make an avocado chicken salad inspired by you! The darn buggers keep going off sale though - and $2 a pop is too much for me to stomach :)

    This looks easy and yummy! What brand of pretzels do you buy? Our local grocer only carries Snyders and those come with a "made in a facility that handles peanut butter" advisory.
