This is one of The Kid's favorite snacks. It's also a great opportunity for some occupational therapy. He loves to slice the bananas himself with a little plastic knife and arrange the bananas and raisins on top of the crackers.
1 graham cracker
2 Tbs Sunbutter, Soy Wonder or other peanut butter alternative
Break the graham cracker into 8 pieces. Cover graham crackers with soy or other spread. Cut the banana into 8 slices. Put a slice of banana on each piece of graham cracker. Top each one with a raisin.
