Simple Sandwich Lunchbox

Ever since daiya slices appeared at our local health food store, my kiddo has been requesting "cheese" sandwiches almost daily. This one is on homemade Honey Oat Bread spread with Earth Balance Margarine with a couple of slices of turkey bacon slid into it.

On the side are honey pretzel twists, apple bunnies in a square silicone cup and a little box of raisins. This lunch was from the week of Halloween, so there's a little Jack Skellington sticker. The whole thing is packed up in an Easy Lunchbox.

If you are looking for more lunchbox ideas, you should check out Keeley McGuire's blog. She packs amazingly cute food allergy friendly lunches. Keeley was also at the incredible Food Allergy Blogger Conference, and I was lucky enough to win the drawing for the the set of lunch box goodies she donated.

It includes a jigsaw puzzle sandwich cutter, various cups and containers, bento picks, Lunchbox Love notes and two egg molds. I've wanted to try making Jello Jigglers in egg molds, but wasn't willing to purchase any just to experiment, so I'm looking forward to trying that now. There's so much awesome stuff here you can hardly see the Easy Lunchbox and matching Cooler Bag! Many thanks to Keeley for the lunch packing loot.

I'm sharing today's sadly undecorated lunchbox with:
