This was a sandwich I wanted to keep for myself! The turkey roll ups were made by spreading a fajita size flour tortilla with a very light layer of the basil & marinated artichoke pesto, covering it with some thinly sliced deli turkey, and rolling it up and cutting into six individual rolls.
The rest of the lunch is pretty standard. Pretzels, red grapes, baby banana, juice/water mixture, and a dinosaur sticker. Today it's a Dacentrurus.
