Banana Wrap Lunchbox

This is a terrible picture, but a wonderfully easy creative lunch idea.  If I remember correctly, the reason for my creativity was that I'd run out of bread.  Take a tortilla (I believe I used a soft taco size sized one) and smear it with Sunbutter or other peanut butter alternative.  Place a peeled banana on one edge and roll up slowly, while gently applying pressure to straighten out the banana.  Once rolled up, slice into pieces.  I used a wheeled pizza slicer to keep the cuts as smooth as possible.

On the side are grapes, one of the infamous brownie cookies (more news on those coming soon!), apple juice/water combo and a classic stegosaurus sticker.

I only have a few more pics of last year's lunches.  School starts again next week!

This looks so tasty! I wish I could use the sunbutter (LOVE that stuff) but Gabby is allergic to that too...and the darn tortillas. I did find a bakery for cupcakes she can eat though! I posted the website!

How awesome! We use tortillas all the time, I'll bet my kids would love this! Thanks for the idea!

Banana wrap sounds and looks delicious, I must use it sometime for the lunchboxes when the school will start... in less than two weeks now.
