Basic Lunchbox

Here's a lunch to start the week that shows basic doesn't have to be boring.  I was trying to fit the food in securely and it took a turn for the cute:  a Sunbutter and strawberry jam sandwich cut into four hearts with a sandwich cutter, a silicon cup with two baby carrots cut into wedges as the "carrots are not a garnish" campaign enters its fourth year, pretzels, grapes, a brownie cookie, apple juice/water mixture and an ankylosaurus sticker.

Hi Libby,
Stickers! What a terrific, super-quick idea. Some mornings, I just can't get the little love notes tucked in. But a sticker? I can do that. Thanks for another great post!

I love your blog. It is a challenge for me to come up with different lunch ideas for my allergic son but you make it so easy. Where do you get your lunch containers? Everything fits so nicely and looks so nice.

Elizabeth - thanks!

Kay - the lunch container is from EasyLunchboxes.com. I definitely recommend it.
