Choco-Lot Brownie Cookies

The wait is finally over and the cookies are here!  (I feel like a Girl Scout again.)  After all the excitement of the FAANtastic Cookie Contest, I received this gorgeous package in the mail a few months ago....

...and I opened it to find these beautiful gourmet chocolate cookies...

...that the delivery person had left sitting on my doorstep in the Florida summer sun.  (Boo!)

Still, I was amazed at what had happened to my admittedly yummy, but not terribly photogenic submission to the contest.  Here you can see my original version on the left and the final product after the Divvies makeover on the right.

Since then, production has started, the Choco-lot Brownie Cookies are finally on sale, and you can order them now from Divvies.  The absolute best part?  A portion of the proceeds are going to benefit the Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network.

Samples of the cookies are going to be given away at some of this year's Walk for Food Allergy locations.  Following the link will take you to the list of cities and dates, which have an adorable little cookie next to the locations where they will be available.

One of the cookies is next to Tampa, where I will be walking this year.  If you are in the area, I hope you'll come out and join us.  If not, please consider either sponsoring my team or joining us as a virtual walker.  I'll be posting more about the walk later, but don't let that stop you from jumping in now!

Or if you like egg, dairy and nut free, chewy vegan cookies, why don't you indulge in a box of Choco-lot Brownie Cookies?  It's for a FAANtastic cause.  (Note:  cookies on the right are from my kitchen, not Divvies, and NOT included in the box!)

Disclosure:  I do not receive any proceeds from the sale of these cookies.  I did win a lovely trip as the contest grand prize winner, which we will be taking next spring.

PS--Thanks for always showing pictures of your sons lunch. Jack has been crying at lunch so I started putting a little die cut with I Love You on it and he has been fine!
